Drogba farewell national team
Ivory Coast striker Didier Drogba has decided to bid farewell to the national team after 12 years of competition. Last summer, Drogba played in colored clothing Ivory Coast team at World Cup 2014 after recording 65 goals in 104 appearances for the national team, Drogba has decided to retire from international football career and focus on his career at Chelsea.
In his announcement, Drogba wrote: "I feel very sad to have made the decision to retire playing for the national team. Time the past 12 years have been very emotional. From the first time referred to the enrollment of the last game, I always try its best efforts for the country. I am also very proud to captain the past 8 years and are proud of their contribution to the team in three World Cups and two finalist CAN ".
I would also like to thank for the success to the fans who have supported me and my best team over the years. All play for nation team, the last goal I scored the team's victories are gift for you.
